County Code Chapter 10.24 governs loading zones and the curb markings that designate them. A yellow curb means no stopping, standing, or parking between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays for any purpose other than loading or unloading passengers or materials; passenger loading may not exceed about one minute and material loading/unloading roughly 20 minutes, and the activity must be carried on continuously during that time. A white curb means no stopping, standing, or parking for any purpose other than loading or unloading passengers and baggage, not exceeding five minutes.
