016 governs where residents may park or store recreational vehicles, boats and trailers on residential property. Under subsection C, a trailer, RV, motorhome, boat, or boat on a trailer cannot go in a front yard or unfenced side yard at all; that space is reserved for passenger vehicles, motorcycles, motor scooters and light trucks. b sets three concrete conditions. First, the stored unit cannot exceed twelve feet in height. Second, it must sit behind a solid six-foot fence, or behind wrought iron or chain link fencing fitted with screening material, so it is not visible from the street.

Third, nobody may live or sleep in the unit while it is stored. 030(B) for structures completed after 1987. Critically, the access driveway itself is off-limits for parking or storage; the vehicle has to be off the driveway surface. Every stored vehicle or trailer, wherever it sits, is also barred from being used for living or sleeping and cannot be stored in a manner the city determines unsafe. Vehicles requiring a Commercial Class A, B, or C license to operate are not permitted in any residential district under this section at all.
