San Angelo Code Sec. 10.04.003 lists where stopping, standing, or parking is unlawful even without signs: on a sidewalk, in front of a public or private driveway, within an intersection or crosswalk, within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, within 20 feet of a crosswalk, within 30 feet of a stop sign or signal, within 50 feet of a railroad crossing, and within 20 feet of a fire-station driveway.
