B governs political signs citywide. Subsection 1 limits a lot to one sign per candidate or ballot issue. Subsection 2 caps display area at 32 square feet per sign, though that cap does not apply to a commercial billboard already permanently established on the lot. Subsection 3 bars erecting a political sign before the candidate has filed a completed declaration of candidacy with the elections office, preventing premature campaign signage. Subsection 4 puts the removal duty on either the person who erected the sign or the property owner where it sits: the sign must come down within five days after the election.

Subsection 5 backs that duty with a summary removal process: if a political sign is still up more than five days after the election, the City can summarily remove and confiscate it.
