Storage containers. The one month periods that the storage containers are positioned or located on a property must be separated by a minimum of one month before the second month in a twelve month period may occur. Containers must be positioned or located on private property, not in the public right of way or easements, and must be positioned or located on a driveway or other improved surface. Storage containers shall not be positioned or located in the yard or in other landscaped surface areas. Exception: These time constraints shall not apply to properties with an active building permit conducting work that constitutes the use of such containers.
