Section 2-5-20 adopts the 2006 edition of the International Building Code with Georgia Amendments for the part of Glynn County outside the City of Brunswick's limits, and the code updates automatically whenever the State of Georgia adopts a new amendment, except where the Board of Commissioners has separately changed it. Section 2-5-21 defines 'Building Official' to mean the Glynn County Building Official, who administers and enforces the code under Section 2-5-23.
