Section 2-21-10 makes it unlawful to offer for sale, rent, or lease any dwelling, dwelling unit, or residential housing unit, and extends the same prohibition to day-care facilities, child-care centers, schools, nurseries, clinics, treatment centers, and any other facility serving the needs of children, including the grounds, outbuildings, or other structures appurtenant to the facility, if the property is in violation of the Board of Health's childhood lead exposure rules.
