Frequency, Duration & Permits

Jefferson Parish caps garage, rummage, yard, craft, and boutique sales at two per residential address in any 12-month period, and each sale can run no more than two consecutive days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A permit from the department of citizens' affairs is required every time, and only unneeded or handmade items can be sold.
