Under Ordinance 325-3 L(2), no commercial vehicle, trailer, truck, van, taxi, bus, tow truck, limousine, or any vehicle with commercial lettering or design may park on city streets between 8 PM and 7 AM without a Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit. The permit program requires: vehicle registration and applicant's driver's license bearing the same Long Branch address; limit of one permitted vehicle per residence/postal address; $25 annual fee (not prorated); issued by the Police Department Traffic Unit.
