Municipal Code § 4.30.050(p) lists as a public nuisance 'construction equipment, buses, tow trucks, dump trucks, flatbed trucks, grading equipment, tractors, tractor trailers, truck trailers, or any other commercial vehicle over twenty-five feet long or eight feet in height or ninety inches wide, supplies, materials, or machinery of any type or description, parked or stored upon any street or property within a residential zone, except where permitted by this code or state law.' The same subsection defines 'commercial vehicle,' for purposes of the section, as 'any motorized or nonmotorized vehicle used or maintained to transport property or goods for profit, or persons for hire or compensation.' Because the dimension thresholds are measured independently, a vehicle can trigger the nuisance by exceeding any single one of them, even if it is not oversized in the other two dimensions.

The provision reaches vehicles parked either on a public street or on private residential property, closing the loophole of moving a banned vehicle onto a residential driveway. Enforcement follows Chapter 4.30's standard nuisance path: a code enforcement officer can document the violation and the city manager or designee can open abatement proceedings under § 4.30.090. Separately, the general rule against stopping, standing or parking a vehicle 'in violation of any section of this code' is designated an infraction under § 4.10.030(a)(1), giving the city a faster citation route for a routine oversized-vehicle parking complaint without a full nuisance hearing.
