Woodland Municipal Code § 10.08.010 adopts California Vehicle Code § 21458 for the meaning of curb colors and layers on a City enforcement window. Subsection B ties the specific time limit for stopping, standing or parking in a white, yellow or green zone to whatever the Traffic Engineer has posted on the curb marking itself, and states that limit runs between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of any day except Saturday, Sunday or any holiday listed in Chapter 1.04.
