A vehicle that overstays either time limit, or that parks in a loading zone without loading or unloading materials or passengers, is treated the same as any other unlawful stop under this chapter and can draw a parking violation notice from the Pocatello Police Department or city traffic control personnel under § 10.08.190, with the fee set by City Council resolution under § 10.08.210.
