Section 10.08.140 lists eight specific street segments, plus a catch-all for other commercial district streets the city engineer designates, where parking is banned every weeknight between 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. so crews can run the street cleaning program; the ban runs Monday through Friday, exempting weekends.
