Section 9-111 of the Vestavia Hills Code of Ordinances prohibits parking trailers, mobile homes, unserviceable automobiles and vehicles, campers or boats on any public street or public street right-of-way anywhere in the corporate limits for more than 24 hours. The rule dates to Ordinance No. 347, adopted June 7, 1976, and it functions as a long-term storage ban rather than a blanket overnight curfew on ordinary passenger vehicles: an unserviceable car, a boat trailer or an RV left at the curb past the 24-hour mark is what the section targets.
