Eagle Mountain's parking code is strict regarding RVs and recreational vehicles in residential zones. Commercial vehicles, agricultural vehicles, recreational vehicles, occupied or empty trailers, and trucks are prohibited from parking on any public street within a residential zone for more than 24 hours. Commercial vehicles may not be parked on any lot or parcel within residential zones at all. Eagle Mountain's many planned community neighborhoods (HOA communities) typically have additional RV storage restrictions in their CC&Rs. Contact the applicable HOA for specific rules.
