Recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers may be stored on residential property in side or rear yard areas behind the front building line. Storage must be screened from public view by fencing or landscaping. Maximum one RV and one boat/trailer per residential lot. Vehicles must be currently registered and in operable condition. RVs may not be connected to utilities or used as habitable space. Street parking of RVs and boats is limited to 72 hours. RV length may not exceed 40 feet.
