Sec. 6104(c)(2) sets the baseline rule: a boat, utility trailer, or recreational vehicle may only be parked on the portion of a residential lot behind the front wall of the residence facing each street or right-of-way, and it must be screened to a height of six feet from view from any public right-of-way. An RV used as daily transportation may still be parked overnight in recognized parking areas. Sec. 6104(c)(3) offers an alternative allowing a single trailered boat, utility trailer, or RV in the front yard if it satisfies all of a long list of standards: the parking area must match the existing driveway's surface (concrete, asphalt, pavers, or gravel), connect to the right-of-way under an encroachment permit if applicable, avoid sending stormwater onto neighboring lots, sit in front of the garage rather than the home's living area and run roughly perpendicular to the street, be set back at least 12 inches from the sidewalk or right-of-way edge without being artificially raised to cheat that measurement, and not exceed 12 feet in height.

Anything over 8 feet tall needs a 5-foot side-yard setback. Utility hookups are allowed only temporarily, up to 7 days for servicing, tarps are banned though fitted covers are fine, and the area must stay free of debris and not create a sight-distance hazard or public nuisance. 5 acre may store a second unit in the front yard. A front fence that screens a side or rear yard cannot be removed just to make room for a bigger RV or boat.
