Section 10.08.190 requires that, except where the council provides otherwise by resolution, any vehicle stopped or parked on a roadway with adjacent curbs must have its right-hand wheels parallel to, and within eighteen inches of, the right-hand curb, which functions as Casa Grande's method-of-parking rule and effectively bars parking against traffic flow on the wrong side of the street. Section 10.08.200(A) separately makes it unlawful to stop, stand or park any vehicle on a city street in a way that leaves less than twenty feet of roadway width open for other traffic to pass, though a driver may still stop briefly to load or unload passengers or in response to a traffic sign, signal or the police chief's direction.

Subsection B of that same section bars parking within an alley or at a private driveway entrance, except for loading or unloading materials, and even then only if that can be done without blocking the alley to other vehicles. Both sections sit in Chapter 10.08's parking article, enforced by the Casa Grande Police Department and, under Section 10.08.300, by code enforcement officers who may seek voluntary compliance, issue notices of violation, or file civil complaints. As with other Title 10 parking rules, Section 10.04.075 presumes the vehicle's registered owner responsible for the violation.
