330, Prohibited Parking Generally, lists sixteen specific bans that cover most on-street parking complaints in Medford. A vehicle cannot be parked with expired registration on any public right-of-way, where signs prohibit it, on any bridge other than the Main Street bridge, or in an alley except while actively loading/unloading or under a Delivery or Emergency Alley Repair Permit. Subsection (6) caps time-limited parking to the posted limit and no more than once per day on the same block face, defining 'block face' as the side of a street between two intersecting streets, with an alley excluded from that definition.

Subsections (13) through (15) codify curbside orientation: where parallel parking is allowed, the right wheels must be within 12 inches of the right curb (or left wheels within 12 inches of the left curb where left-side parking is allowed), and the vehicle must face the direction of travel required for that lane, which is Medford's wrong-way parking rule.
