New Rochelle, NY Parking Rules: Street Parking Limits (2026)

Section 312-44, amended March 21, 2006 by Ordinance No. 62-2006, sets a flat 48-continuous-hour cap on parking any motor vehicle or trailer, using the state Vehicle and Traffic Law's definitions of those terms, on any street or public place in the City; it is a citywide backstop that applies whether or not the block also carries its own posted time limit.
