Constructing or repairing a sidewalk, driveway, curb, gutter, or paving without the required Dublin Municipal Code Section 7.04.390 permit is enforced as a code violation under Section 1.04.030: a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in county jail, a fine up to $1,000, or both, unless the enforcement officer or City Attorney elects to prosecute it as an infraction. The City Engineer may also revoke a permit and complete or correct the unauthorized work at the permittee's expense under Section 7.04.060.
