Sec. 78-69(c) requires garbage containers to be placed for collection in front of the property, on the swale between the sidewalk and street, or immediately adjacent to the sidewalk where curb and gutter exist, without blocking pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Where the city provides automated collection, the cart must sit on the curb cut or driveway approach no more than three feet from the edge of the street, no less than five feet from any other container or object, with the front of the cart facing the street.
