Subsections (e) through (g) add heavier requirements for new construction: new commercial buildings and multifamily buildings over eight units, buildings undergoing substantial rehabilitation, and new restaurants all need a storage facility approved by the planning, public works and building departments, with restaurants specifically required to air-condition theirs. Placement violations are separately priced under Sec. 00 for a second or subsequent offense per facility.
