Every owner, tenant or occupant of any building, premises or place of business within the Town of Greece shall provide or cause to be provided and at all times keep suitable and sufficient receptacles for receiving and containing garbage/rubbish that may accumulate or be used upon said premises. No such receptacles shall be kept near any public place longer than may be necessary for the removal of the contents thereof. Lawn carts, wheel barrels, fifty-five-gallon drums, fiber barrels and wastebaskets are not considered suitable and sufficient containers.
