Section 62-6(a) of the Milton Code of Ordinances requires all city residential units, including single-family homes, duplexes, and three- and four-family apartments or condominiums, to have their solid waste, garbage, refuse and recycling regularly collected as the city prescribes, using either city crews or an authorized contractor the city selects.
