A solid gate shall be used to gain access to the storage area; said gate shall be constructed of an opaque material or interwoven slat fencing.2.No exterior trash storage or dumpsters shall be located between a building and a public street except if in the opinion of the zoning administrator, no other suitable location is available for such purpose, and provided the dumpster area is developed in a manner so as to minimize its appearance from a public street.
