200. Subsection (A) requires all refuse and refuse storage containers to be stored within an approved storage area or within an enclosed building, meaning a dumpster left in the open without a designated, approved enclosure does not meet the code. Subsection (B) requires that storage area to be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner at all times, not just on service day, and (C) requires it to stay readily accessible both to the tenants or businesses it serves and to the hauler's collection operations, so a dumpster blocked by parked cars or stacked materials is out of compliance.

Subsection (D) permits combining refuse storage areas for multiple units or tenants, provided the combined area is not smaller than the total area that would be required if each unit had its own separate enclosure. 200 as the trash enclosure standard that a property's parking area surfaces, striping, and other facilities must be judged against. 180, a dumpster kept outside an approved enclosure or left unsanitary can be treated as a property maintenance condition subject to that chapter's notice-and-correction process.
