Chapter 1 of Title 8 sets the rules for when West Jordan will send an inspector to a private construction project outside the city's normal inspection window. , excluding city holidays, and requires that any construction or operations activity involving existing city infrastructure, or requiring a city inspection, happen only during those hours unless the city has approved an exception, with city staff present the entire time.
