Park Curfew

Rowan County parks close overnight under Code Section 16-52. Except for parks and recreation commission employees or officers, no one may be inside a county park between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without a permit. The curfew applies to every park, site and recreational area the commission runs in unincorporated Rowan County, separate from Salisbury's own municipal parks.
