Abandoned Vehicles
Unincorporated Rowan County limits junked motor vehicles kept outdoors in the RA, RR and RS districts to five per lot, bans them from front yards, and requires them to be fully concealed from public view or kept at least 30 feet from any side property line and 80 feet from a road centerline under Sec. 21-244. The county can also order removal of junked or abandoned vehicles from public property or rights-of-way under Sec. 21-248.
