Under Blaine City Code, no vehicle may be parked or left standing on any highway, street, or alley for more than 48 consecutive hours at any time. Blaine's Zoning Ordinance (BZO 33.08) limits fences to 4 feet in front yards and 6 feet in side and rear yards. A front corner side yard fence may reach 6 feet only with a 1-foot setback. Rear yards fronting a public right-of-way are limited to 4 feet at the line or 6 feet set back 1 foot.

Retaining Walls
