Residents and landscapers should run equipment in a way that does not create an unreasonable disturbance, and any homeowners-association rules in a given Avondale subdivision may impose their own, stricter limits separate from city code.
There is no leaf-blower-specific penalty. Excessively loud equipment use can be addressed under the general noise misdemeanor in Section 15-11. HOA rules may add separate restrictions.
