Violations & Fines
A vehicle left on the wrong side of the street during an alternate-side snow restriction, or parked on an exempt street outside the Saturday/Sunday/holiday exception, can be towed at the owner's expense under Section 106-107(e) and Section 106-93. Because the section sets no unique fine, the Section 1-6 standard penalty of up to $750 per day can also apply, and the registered owner is presumed responsible under Section 106-91.
