Casa Grande, AZ Trash & Recycling: Bin Placement Rules (2026)

Under Casa Grande Municipal Code § 8.08.080, container placement and upkeep duties shift depending on the property. Subsection A requires new residential construction to be supplied with a City-owned refuse container at the developer's or subdivision's expense, approved by the public works director, while subsection B makes the City responsible for providing and maintaining containers at residences already built and occupied.
