Vestavia Hills treats most yard and light construction debris as ordinary trash rather than requiring a separate bulk pickup request, but Sec. 14-31(4) caps how much can go out for free. Building debris such as scrap lumber, plaster, roofing, bricks and sanding dust resulting from building, construction, repair or remodeling must be containerized, with each container capped at 50 pounds.
