Section 86-17(a), Landscape Waste Collection, sets the packaging and size rules for yard waste picked up by the Village or its contractor at residential sites. Violations & Fines
Failing to bag landscape waste properly, exceeding the 5-foot limb length, the 3-inch diameter limit, or the 50-pound bundle and bag weight cap is a violation of Chapter 86, punishable under Section 86-3 by the penalty in Section 1-6, up to $750.00 for each day the violation continues, following a violation notice served under Section 86-4.
