Subsection 2 of Section 404 is the Borough's specific answer to RVs, boats and trailers left in the public right-of-way near corners, where they block sightlines for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians. The 75-foot buffer runs from any intersection, and the section is explicit that alley intersections count the same as street intersections. The prohibition also folds in every location already banned under Section 402, Subsection 1, meaning a boat or camper parked within 15 feet of a hydrant or blocking a driveway violates both provisions at once.

Because Section 404 sits in Chapter 15's General Parking Regulations, which govern the public street and alley network rather than private lots, the rule reaches equipment parked or placed on a public way; it does not by its terms extend to a boat or RV stored in a resident's own driveway or side yard, a question this Part does not otherwise address. Borough Council adopted the original truck-and-bus parking restrictions by Ordinance 1735 in 1993 and expanded the vehicle list, including boats, storage containers, waste containers and recreational vehicles, through the 2008 amendment, Ordinance 2054.

Because Section 410, Subsection 2, schedules the fine by reference to 'Section 404' as a whole rather than by subsection, the same $40 penalty applies to a Subsection 2 violation as to the heavy-truck ban in Subsection 1.
