RVs, boats, and oversized vehicles (over 20 ft long, 7 ft wide, or 8 ft tall) require permits for street parking. Cannot park on grass or landscaped areas.

The sticker must be placed on the street side of the bumper. Residents must register at the Torrance Police Department with proof of residency, matching vehicle registration, and a utility bill. Online permit management is available for purchasing, activating, and deactivating daily permits. No more than one sticker per vehicle.
