120, "Parking of commercial vehicles," is part of the city's off-street parking chapter and directly regulates what can sit on a residential driveway or lot overnight. Subsection A makes it unlawful to park or store any commercial vehicle with an unladen gross vehicle weight exceeding fourteen thousand pounds, any tow truck (including dismantlers' or repossessors' tow vehicles), any trailer, or other related equipment within residential zones. It then sets a one-vehicle limit: a single commercial vehicle of fourteen thousand pounds or less is allowed per residential lot or residence, whichever is more restrictive.
