Ogden, UT Parking Rules: Overnight Parking (2026)

Ogden City does not set one citywide overnight curfew hour; instead, section 10-5-3 makes it unlawful to park or leave a vehicle standing during the hours and days specified on signs or traffic markings erected by the city, and section 10-5-4 makes it unlawful to exceed a posted time limit between the hours shown on a sign. , and on state holidays. For trailers, boats, and other nonmotorized vehicles, section 10-5-18 supplies a fixed, sign-independent overnight limit: no one may park or store such a vehicle on a public street or alley for more than twenty four hours, and moving it to another spot within the same block does not reset the clock.

Section 10-5-18 separately bans parking, storing, or abandoning an unmounted camper or an 'automobile hulk' on any public street, alley, sidewalk, or right of way at any time.
