Sec. 25-45 covers boats, boat trailers, air boats, golf carts, horse trailers, swamp buggies and utility trailers. On a street, right-of-way or swale you get six hours. On a detached single-family lot the vehicle may be parked totally within a garage, carport or other building, or in a side or rear yard if it is reasonably concealed by a wall, solid fence or dense landscaping. Lots under 33,000 square feet may keep two such vehicles outside a garage; larger lots may keep four. Anything over fourteen feet tall needs a PZED screening permit costing $25. Campers fall under Sec. 25-42, motor homes under Sec. 25-44.
Violations & Fines
A parking citation for a non-disabled violation is $25 under Sec. 25-39, and can rise to $100 if you appeal it administratively and lose. Pay late and a $12 fee is added.
