RV & Boat Parking

Boats, travel trailers, RVs and other major recreational equipment can't be lived in while parked in Albemarle County outside Charlottesville and Scottsville, and in most residential districts they can't be parked on a lot at all except in an approved off-street parking area, per Code of Albemarle § 18-4.12.3(b). The Rural Areas (RA) district is the one carve-out from the on-lot parking restriction.
