Juvenile Curfew

Albemarle County bars anyone under 18 from driving, riding in, or occupying a motor vehicle, or being on public property, streets, or private property they do not control, between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. County Code § 10-101 lists exemptions for minors with a parent, on an emergency errand, coming from a sponsored activity, or working, most requiring written consent.

Park Curfew
